About Dr. Lastn*me
Dr. Lastname is the pseudonym of a psychiatrist and his not-MD writing partner. The good doctor believes his advice is right and your goal is probably wrong. This is because he has two (count'em) Harvard degrees (one in Latin) and you don't, and maybe also because he's gotten old and cranky treating many, many patients, both mentally ill and not particularly ill, under the "Thou Shalt Not Whine" sign in his office. His writing partner has been published in several pop culture magazines and an essay collection here and there. The doctor answers your questions, the writer puts them into words, and someday, they will reveal what their actual last names are.
